On December 5, an  extraordinary meeting of the City Council of Elders was convened, which was attended by 14 of the 27 council members, of which 13 were members of the Civil Contract faction, and another one is Simon  Zakharov, who left the ranks of the Country of Living faction and became <independent> member.

ArmInfo.On the Armenian-Georgian border, 15 km east of the settlement of Bavra, the  seismic service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the  Republic of Armenia registered earthquakes with a magnitude of 3.2.

After yesterday's earthquake on the Armenian- Georgian border, 13 km northeast of the village of Bavra, with a magnitude of 5.4, 165 aftershocks were  registered, the strongest of which was a magnitude of 3. Sos  Margaryan, Director at Western Survey for the Seismic Protection  Service of Armenia stated this on February 14 at a press conference,  referring to the earthquake that occurred on the evening of February  13.
